    Description

    Mosaic Health is looking for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the new School-Based Health Center in Rushville, NY.

    Duties:
    • Supporting Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in patient care
    • Advocating for patient privacy and confidentiality
    • Documenting medical history and vital information
    • Performing in-house tests
    • Rooming patients and maintaining patient flow
    • Registering and verifying patient information
    • Recording medical history and confirming purpose of visit

    Education/Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited LPN training program
    • New York State LPN license required
    • Experience in community medicine preferred
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Experience with electronic health records
    • Valid New York State Driver's License
