We are currently seeking a full-time Team Leader for Graphic Design and Image Editing (m/f/x) to join our team in Drasco, AR.
What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for coordinating all tasks within your team
- You will support team members in their daily tasks
- You will represent your department within the company
- You will be the main contact for all graphic design matters within the publishing house
- You will design layouts and typesetting for magazines, novels, and puzzle books, including image research and editing
- You will conceptualize all online and offline advertising measures until final printing
- You will be part of the social media team, planning and coordinating B2C measures
- You will also be responsible for the newsletter
What you bring to the table:
- You have completed a degree or apprenticeship in graphic design or a related field
- You have experience in graphic design for print and online media
- You have previous leadership experience (also in a professional capacity)
- You can handle deadlines and work in a structured and careful manner
- You develop your team and ensure excellent work from the department at all times
- You are friendly and communicative in dealing with customers and colleagues
- You work efficiently and pay attention to details
