Our private training centers focus on brain, physical andcharacter development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches

    KidStrong is rapidly growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives. We are opening a new center soon in Elmwood Park, IL, and wed be thrilled to have you join our team

    OPEN ROLE & SCHEDULE
    • The KidStrong Coach will focus on coaching children on brain, physical and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculum
    • The idea candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding the why behind KidStrong curriculum.
    • Our classes run weekdays 9am-11:30am and evenings until 7 pm*.
    • On weekends we start at 9am and run through lunch time.
    • There is an opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on center needs.
    • There is an opportunity to increase scheduled hours through birthday party, camp and parents night out coaching hours.
    *Schedule is subject to change based on amount of members and class time needs.


    JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    • Passion for working with children is non-negotiable
    • Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range is preferred.
    • Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum is a plus.
    • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
    • Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.
    • Self-starter who just gets a job done.
    • If you enjoy the spotlight, this position was meant for you.
    • Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.
