Florence Avenue Foursquare Church is a church in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

We are professional, and our goal is to Glorify God in word and life as we present the Message of reconciliation in Christ.

Produce maturity in relationship with Christ and others. Participate in the Ministry through released gifts in the church. Partner in missions by reaching out to our community and the world.


We are a church that:

• Ministering to youth in the surrounding communities.
• Helping them to grow into the likeness of Christ through discipleship.

This role gives leadership over the High School Ministry (Grades 9-12)

• Leads as a godly role model that represent a strong spiritual life.
• Disciples/care for youth.
• Organize youth gatherings and ocassional special events, and group connections.
• Staff team member at the Florence Avenue Foursqure Church.
• College Degree in ministry or equivalent a must.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to continue with structure for Sunday and Wednesday services.
• Develop a path of growth for students, contact students and minister to their needs.
• Engaging and encouraging High School students to reach God's highest calling for their lives.
• Build strategy to reach the unchurch youth.
• Develop a team of volunteer leaders.
• Camp counselor participation for all outside youth events including summer and winter camps, but not limited to.
• Work with immediate supervisor weekly or biweekly on services and special event planning.
• Willigness to serve wherever the need arises with a heart of servanthood and humility.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
