What You Will Do:
- The technician position requires focused attention to details of high complexity products while supporting the various team members in the timely and accurate completion of the activities.
- Submitting and/or tracking ECNs, and deviations as required.
- Provides review and understanding of assembly drawings (dimensioning/tolerances) and instructions.
- Review of document packages for completeness. This includes Bill of Material, work instruction, test procedures, drawings, basic schematics, special instructions, etc.
- Generate time/labor standards and routings to enable an understanding of capacity, load and efficiency
- Prepares process flows and assembly work instructions as required.
- Ensures manufacturing processes are clear, robust, error proofed, and repeatable.
What You Need:
- Interfaces with the Manufacturing Team, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Test Engineering.
- Bachelor/associate degree is preferred.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Electronics/Manufacturing environment
- Must possess a solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes and exposure to various component types (SMT, Through-Hole, Press Fit, Wire Harness, etc ).
- Must have strong communication and organization skills written and verbal.
- Clearly demonstrate flexibility and selfdiscipline to plan/accomplish objectives while multitasking and prioritizing.
