- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff supervision.
- Uphold proper inventory management, manage inventory transactions, and comply with shrink control standards.
- Monitor sales activities to guarantee top-notch customer service.
- Lead and supervise employees involved in sales, inventory management, cash reconciliation, or customer service tasks.
- Ensure team members adhere to all Citi Trends, Inc. policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and organizational proficiencies.
- 2-4 years of experience in retail as an Assistant Manager.
- 3-5 years of retail experience.
- Capability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to carry out mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Citi Trends is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to become a part of our team in one of the leading chains within the budget-friendly urban clothing industry.
If you've been eyeing the opportunity to lead the pack, this is your moment! With three or more years under your belt in retail, you're all set to take the next stride.
Upon successful completion of the two-week training phase, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the store's overall operations.
Stepping in whenever the Store Manager is unavailable, you'll be front and center, directing the store and ensuring all objectives are achieved.
