Job description

Responsibilities

  • Input customer data and documents into the CRM system and keep detailed records up to date
  • Check documents submitted by the sales team to ensure no information is missing or inaccurate
  • Register booked orders into our CRM system
  • Coordinate commercial moves from start to finish
  • Collect prepayments or COD amounts from clients and accounts
  • Troubleshoot and deescalate issues immediately
  • Alert and update the appropriate parties with any changes or modifications
  • Produce billing sheets and work closely with accounting to generate invoices and collect payments
  • Efficiently communicate with internal teams (sales, operations, commercial, accounting)
  • Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external parties
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Outstanding planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
  • Willingness to undergo crosstraining to support in various functions
  • Ability to commute to our Savage, MD headquarters at lease once a week
  • Must be able to pass a background test and drug screen

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • 2 year of moving industry or related experience preferred, but not required.
Commensurate with experience


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Schedule:
