- Attending marketing opportunities and events such as Chamber of Commerce meetings, greeters, and other business events.
- Directly interfacing with business owners, associates, and representatives of other businesses to build rapport, trust, and confidence with prospective clients on IEQs behalf.
- Cataloguing prospects and leads into our CRM, while alerting the rest of the team to hot leads and following up with them both physically and digitally where applicable.
- Work with design and product teams to implement strategic marketing plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Help to create and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with the team to generate leads and improve sales conversion rates.
- Deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in events, such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring an active and engaging presence.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
