Responsibilities:


  • Assist with scheduling for associated business units.
  • Collaborate on brand promotion and new product introductions with executive team, developing effective marketing strategies.
  • Research market trends, consumer needs, and competitor landscapes to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Stay current on social media trends, creating engaging content aligned with sales and marketing goals.
  • Compile market data for insightful reports, aiding strategic decisionmaking.
  • Implement innovative sales strategies and advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and vendors to uncover new marketing opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through expos, conferences, and professional networks.

Requirements:


  • 35 years of handson experience, or education, in marketing or sales.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Solid grasp of sales and marketing principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and perform well under pressure.
  • Clean driving record.
