    Description

    A family located in a comfortable Washington; DC hi-rise is looking for a well-experienced part-time nanny for their 4-year-old son. Care will begin immediately. Candidate should have availability Tuesdays and Saturdays 3:30pm-8:30pm, flexible additional hours needed on weekends. The salary is $22.50 per hour.

    The ideal candidate will be tender-hearted and exhibit a loving demeanor while providing undistracted quality care. The nanny will be responsible for closely monitoring and attending to the infant's normal day-to-day needs. Other duties consist of prepping meals and keeping areas of care clean and tidy.

    Candidate should demonstrate an ability to be interactive with the 4 yr. old in an engaging manner with age-appropriate conversation, reading, and active play.

    Candidate must become infant/child CPR & First Aid certified and pass a comprehensive background check.



    Requirements

    ● Must have at least 2 years childcare experience

    ● Have a genuine love for caring for children

    ● Enjoy engaging children & have the stamina to do so throughout care

    ● Have 2 – 3 childcare-related verifiable references

    ● Candidate can drive their vehicle however must be willing to take public transportation due to the location having unreliable public parking.

    ● Be responsible for keeping CPR/1st Aid certification updated (we have an online

    ● program if you need to recertify)
