Your responsibilities at CEWE:
Our cross-location customer service network provides high-quality services for thousands of end consumers, retail partners, and major online providers.

The customer service team advises on all topics related to our products and ordering software, and also serves as a point of contact for general inquiries and complaints.

We are looking for your support for the upcoming holiday season.


Your tasks in detail:


  • You respond to written and telephone inquiries and complaints from our customers
  • You process incoming requests using a ticket system

What you bring:

  • You are customer and serviceoriented and work with great care on your tasks
  • You see yourself as a responsible representative of the CEWE brand
  • Your PC skills are very good
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent
  • You are wellorganized and structured
  • Your commitment and willingness to learn set you apart
