Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs
Perform handson therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
Teach patients exercises and stretches to increase strength and flexibility
Monitor and track patients' progress throughout their treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

Qualifications and Skills:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting is preferred
