Compensation:

$65,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of insurance professionals in Anaheim, CA, US to ensure they meet company standards
Provide guidance and support to team members participating in the Associate Partner Training Program
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and optimize personnel performance
Support the growth and development of associates to improve their overall effectiveness
Oversee daily operations of the insurance office, including administration, personnel management, and workflow
Collaborate with colleagues to successfully complete projects that meet customer expectations

Qualifications:

A minimum of two years of industry experience is required for the Direct Hire Manager position
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience level is a prerequisite for this role
Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing teams effectively is essential
Strong verbal communication skills are a musthave for potential Direct Hire Managers in Anaheim, CA
