Your central role:

Planning and managing various implementation processes
You take care of projectwide implementation and environment planning for all types of releases, such as enterprise, domain, special releases, and hotfixes. You design, implement, and oversee these processes.
As a change manager, you are the organizational interface to the central release, test, and change management, other internal IT units, and external suppliers.
You are responsible for coordinating the implementation processes and strategically developing the implementation management. This also includes coaching project and team leaders involved in the implementation processes regarding compliance with the software development process and the ERGO approach model in their area of responsibility.

Your profile:

Communicative and analytical cooperation partner
A valuable foundation is provided by your successfully completed university or technical college degree with a focus on insurance, organization, mathematics, economics, business informatics, or computer science. Alternatively, we also welcome a comparable completed apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in one of the aforementioned areas.
