- Maintain balance sheet accounts and prepare journal entries
- Review GL Expense details with Department Heads
- Prepare monthly invoices and reconcile records
- Assist in financial reporting and contract management
- Prepare bank deposits, reconcile accounts, and assist in audits
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
- Experience in non-profit accounting
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

Overview
The Staff Accountant role plays a crucial part in supporting the financial operations of the non-profit. If you are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, this opportunity involves daily accounting tasks, administrative duties, and development support. Effective communication is key for collaborating with various stakeholders.
