    Accounts Payable Administrator

    Overview of the Accounts Payable role:

    • High volume Accounts Payable processing
    • Develop good working relationships with vendors and co-workers located at various locations
    • Electronically file, maintain and distribute accounting documents, records and reports
    • Process vendor payments by issuing paper checks and electronic payments
    • Process expense reports utilizing Concur
    • Assist with continuous improvement projects

    Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Administrator:

    • Associates degree preferred
    • 2+ years of AP experience
    • Experience using JD Edwards is a plus
    • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
