Join our team at the "Gleichbergblick" senior care home in Römhild as a practice instructor, starting immediately. This full-time position is for 40 hours per week during the day shift.

In addition to a permanent contract, our small and manageable senior care home with 61 residents offers a family-like atmosphere. Our employees especially appreciate the collegial working atmosphere and consideration of personal needs in the scheduling process.

Your responsibilities

You will train the apprentices in our facility as part of their training to become a geriatric nurse, nursing assistant, or nursing specialist.
You will work with the relevant vocational schools and cooperation partners and ensure the fulfillment of the training plan.
You will provide care for the residents of our facility in accordance with the joint care and support plan and the standards of the organization and the facility. This applies in particular to treatment-related services.
You will conduct nursing visits and participate in interdisciplinary case discussions.
You will maintain timely and comprehensible nursing documentation.
