Your tasks

  • Creation of inspection and measurement concepts, as well as design of component clamping devices and probing systems
  • Coordination of measurement strategy with customers, suppliers, and internal departments at Berger
  • Creation and optimization of measurement programs for Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring machines, Mahr form testers, Mahr contour measuring machines, and Jenoptik shaft measuring devices
  • Creation of inspection instructions
  • Execution of measurement and testing of precision turned parts in series and project phases according to requirements
  • Maintenance of quality control charts
  • Execution of measurement system analyses and evaluation with Q-DAS
  • Performance of calibrations on measuring machines
