Your Role:
Ability to act as second chair or lead on SuiteCloud implementation projects by translating complex business requirements and processes into technical designs, depending on complexity in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment
Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery
Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control
Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions
Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements
Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education
Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements
This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements
Your Background:
Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
Individual has led at least 3-5 end-to-end SuiteScript/SuiteCloud implementations to include brand new implementations or replatforming initiatives
Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards...
Experienced with JavaScript, frontend JS frameworks, Sass, Handlebars, jQuery, AJAX, Gulp, Git, integrations
Good understanding of web technologies and best practice

Ability to lead certain components of projects with minimal supervision and have the ability to be "The Lead" on mid-sized engagements
Continuous improvement as you train to be a subject matter expert with NetSuite while working alongside peers and have significant exposure to consultants senior to you

The salary range for this position is $110, ,000 USD. T
otal compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year.
Our compensation ranges and packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate.
It is not a common practice or guaranteed for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are
determined using
a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to; skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific location due to cost of living & labor considerations; All of which will be considered during the interview and offer process.
