    Account Managers should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a proven track record in Account Management.

    They are responsible for establishing key account strategies, the objectives and tactics to support them, and the measures to track success.

    /ppstrongKey Responsibilities:

    /strong/pul liResponsible for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction./li/ulul liBe the primary point of contact and build new long-term relationships with customers./li/ulul liMaintain good business relations with existing contract customers./li/ulul liAchieve new, add, and renew annual sales quota to the desired gross margin requirements./li/ulul liAssist with developing brochures, social media, and other marketing items./li/ulul liClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders./li/ulul liResponsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships./li/ulul liOversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts, and agreements to maximize profits./li/ulul liKeep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes./li/ulul liConduct inside sales by contacting potential and existing customers via phone and e-mail./li/ulul liSatisfy customers needs and requests by responding to all inquiries in a timely manner./li/ulul liFeeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to management./li/ulul liBe a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace./li/ulul liConduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity./li/ulul liObtain a working knowledge of core products and services./li/ulul liMaintain professional appearance.
