Description

To strengthen our department "Marketing & Sales - Market" in Mackinaw, IL, we are currently seeking a "Professional Head of Customer Center (m/f/d)" to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

As the "Professional Head of Customer Center (m/f/d)", you will act as a link between (team) management, customer advisors, and customers.
You will identify potential for customer development and also recognize the strengths and weaknesses of team members in their daily work, promoting them with individual development plans and onthejob coaching.
Your tasks will include efficient personnel planning based on an annual duty roster.
You will be responsible for advising and selling products and services related to the public transportation offerings in Northern Hesse, as well as cooperating partner companies.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with existing customers, particularly contract customers, with the goal of longterm customer loyalty.
You will be in charge of handling customer complaints and feedback in a customeroriented manner, as well as finding solutions and addressing customer requests within the NVV quality management system.

Your professional and personal profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial education and can demonstrate five years of professional experience with direct customer contact.
You are characterized by your initiative, problemsolving skills, conflict resolution abilities, communication skills, and teamwork.
You have sales skills, perseverance, and experience in leading small, agile teams.
Additionally, you have excellent language skills in English and preferably
