- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Read and operate various measuring tools (Digital multi-meters, mega ohm meter, etc.).
- Accurately document and maintain repair records.
- Demonstrate good attendance and work ethic.
- Perform tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently.
- Be willing to work overtime when necessary.
- Work independently or collaboratively.
- Show excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Have basic computer literacy.
- Interpret complex assembly drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
- Test, troubleshoot, and fix mechanical equipment in a high-paced customer service environment.
- Drill/tap and remove screws.
- Use calipers and other devices to verify part dimensions.
- Utilize basic hand and power tools.
- Experience in wiring harnesses assembly and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of clutch and bearing systems.
- Knowledge of motors and their components.
- Capability to solder at the component level.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- At least 2 years of verifiable mechanical experience.
- Regular hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Potential for second shift (future possibility).
- Flexibility for overtime.
