JOB SUMMARY:


Moore Medical Group is seeking an individual with excellent marketing and outreach management skills to develop and generate a pipeline of prospective clients through multiple grass roots activities, including participating in a variety of local community events.

The role involves a hands-on approach to implementing marketing strategies, tracking campaign performance, and engaging with potential referral sources.

The role supports the CFO/COO and Practice Manager in executing strategies that include both marketing and community relations aimed at expanding our client base.

Our clients include medical clinics, providers, and facilities that could refer patients to CAYA Health. The individual must be accurate, detail focused and meticulous with extensive knowledge of marketing and sales principles.


ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES:


Develop and implement an effective marketing plan to include visiting Referral Sources, Hosting events at the community for qualified prospects and referral sources.

Seek and build positive relationships with surrounding communities.
Skilled in using design tools to create compelling marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and digital content.
Demonstrable experience with CRM software for lead management and tracking marketing outcomes.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Marketing Content Creation:
Utilize design tools to create visually appealing marketing assets that align with our brand identity and campaign goals.

Event Planning and Coordination:
Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, seminars, and webinars, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and contribute insights to refine marketing strategies.


LinkedIn and Social Media Engagement:

Maintain active communication with prospective clients through LinkedIn and other social media platforms, enhancing our network and establishing professional relationships.


Client Communication and Coordination:

Conduct phone outreach to schedule meetings, marketing events, and maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing referral sources as directed.


Vendor Liaison:

Coordinate with vendors to produce marketing materials such as rack cards, professional headshots, and promotional items, ensuring quality and brand consistency.


CRM and Lead Tracking:

Manage the CRM system to record marketing activities, track lead progress, and analyze campaign effectiveness to support data-driven marketing decisions from initial contact to the final decision.


Reporting and Analysis:
Compile and present reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement to guide future marketing efforts.
Education/Training
Associate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Proficiency with CRM software, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft software - Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
  • Must be flexible and enjoy working in a changing environment.
  • Exceptional marketing, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in the health care industry a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
