Minute Suites JFK International Airport Terminal 4 is currently looking for our next team leader

Annual Salary:
$50,000/year + Bonus


Minute Suites is one of the fastest growing retail and hospitality businesses in the airport industry. With 15 current locations and more on the way, we are looking for a strong experienced leader to assist in leading lead our location at JFK International Airport.


Minute Suites is an exciting hospitality concept that provides travelers with a much needed place to Nap, Relax and Work while they wait for their flight.

Our JFK International Airport location consists of 7 private suites & a shower for travelers to nap, relax, and work.

Minute Suites is seeking a Supervisor to help in the following areas:

  • Inventory Management
  • Product ordering
  • Hiring & Scheduling
  • Employee Coaching
  • Sales Training
  • Organization
  • Maintaining cleanliness

Compensation
- $50,000 annual salary

  • Monthly bonus based on profitability

REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:


  • Retail supervisory experience required
  • High school diploma

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Positive Attitude
  • Experience in inventory management and product ordering
  • Scheduling
  • Training
  • Supervising Staff
  • Provide the highest level of Customer Service
  • Able to stand for an hour shift
  • Ability to work some Night, Weekends, Holidays
  • Ability to manage and/or cover callouts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
