    Anantak is a developer of autonomous driving technology. We work with F500 companies to enable unprecedented levels of performance, work safety and reliability in their warehouse operations. Our equipment also works on narrow paths, actively avoids obstacles, and operates in perfect synchronization due to our Fleet Manager application. These capabilities translate into lower cost, improved safety, enhanced efficiency, and increased throughput, for our customers.

    The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

    The Robotics Application Developer designs, implements, tests, and maintains critical robotics web applications at Anantak. Our developers work in the field as well where they learn invaluable lessons about how our autonomous products deliver incredible value to our customers. The Application developer role covers a wide range of tasks related to our web applications, which are used by large F500 customers and implementation partners every day. The ideal candidate will quickly grasp the existing application functionality and code base, actively participate in product strategy discussions, and drive the evolution of web applications at Anantak through innovative contributions over time. As an integral part of our development team, the developer will collaborate efficiently with the rest of team, adopt our DevOps processes, and provide constructive feedback regarding all Anantak technology. The developer has an impact on the tools and methods within software development, can shape the selection and use of our tools over time, and will help to establish best practices. What differentiates you from others is your extreme focus on process, team discipline, and ultimately customer satisfaction. You view our customers and partners with empathy and represent their interests with passion. You are diligent in all of your affairs and take pride in your work. Yet, you are pragmatic and practical when the situation calls for it.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain web applications in React, Python, Java Script, Express JS, Node JS, Pandas, SQL, Swift, Google Cloud, , Bash
    • Conduct data analysis on robotic material handling equipment
    • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines
    • Deploy and maintain applications and APIs
    • Knowledgeable in data visualization
    • Distributed systems experience
    • Setting up continuous deployments (CI/CD)

    Personal Qualifications:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization, customers, and partners.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and commitment to world class customer service.
    • An assertive personality, high energy level, and resilient character.
    • Experience with robotic software projects.
    • Deep understanding of and experience with DevOps.
    • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organization skills.
    • An extraordinarily high level of integrity in all business dealings.
    • Ability to interact with the team, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
    • Incredible attention to detail, yet an ability to always juggle multiple initiatives.
    • Ability to handle concurring and possibly even conflicting priorities.
    • U.S. citizenship or green card required.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • BA or higher degree in software engineering with 5+ years of relevant supply chain or robotics experience.
    • Assists as directed in the training and mentoring of newly hired engineers.
    • Hardware, software & robotics experience is a huge plus.
