• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Collaborate with design teams to review schematics and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Primavera)
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and schematics
• Familiarity with contract management processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective project coordination
