    ** Heavy Equipment Operator - CDL Required**

    **SUMMARY**

    Affinity Development Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. The qualified candidate will work with the design group creating digital and print graphics from initial concepts to completion. This position requires a strong ability to translate requirements to design as well as good interdepartmental communication.

    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Producing attractive Power Point presentations

    Design web banners, digital production and print materials.

    Support the team throughout the execution of projects and campaigns

    Managing fast deadlines effectively and staying on schedule

    Applicant should be comfortable with numerous rounds of revisions

    Other duties as assigned

    Requirements **REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**

    BS/BBA degree in Design or a related field

    Proven graphic design experience (5+ years)

    A strong portfolio with digital and print samples

    Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, **Powerpoint** , HTML/CSS a plus)

    A keen eye for aesthetics and detail oriented

    Good communication skills

    Ability to meet deadlines

    Experience working on a PC platform

    An Operator should possess a fundamental understanding of construction and be able to operate different construction equipment and tools.

    **Duties and Responsibilities:**

    Ability to operate heavy equipment such as a backhoe, excavator, trencher and rock wheel

    Grease, oil and do daily maintenance of equipment

    Hand dig around existing utilities when necessary

    Trained to operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws

    Carry and load materials to be used on the job

    Follow all company safety policies and practices

    Report any equipment repairs needed to Foreman or Supervisor

    Light repair and maintenance of tools and equipment

    Assist in hauling equipment to and from job site

    Clean up and restore work area

    Wash and clean vehicles and equipment

    Other duties as assigned

    **Essential Education and Qualifications:**

    Good verbal communication skills

    Must have valid drivers license

    Valid Drivers License

    Valid DOT Health Card

    **Preferred Skills:**

    Class A Drivers License (CDL)

    **Physical Demands:**

    Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the job

    Must be able to work in all weather conditions

    Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
