Duties:


  • Conduct outside sales visits to potential and existing clients
  • Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
  • Implement strategic sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Utilize leadership skills to motivate team members and drive results
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Spanish
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

Experience:


  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in software tools like Salesforce for managing customer relationships
  • Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is highly desirable
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
