We are looking for a motivated, specialized, and collaborative Human Resources Development Officer (m/f/d) to join our team at the CHECK24 Comparison Portal for Property Insurance in the heart of Frankfurt, Oregon, WI.

This position is available in full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours).

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed degree in psychology, business administration, or pedagogy; ideally supplemented by a trainer qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources development in an innovative and dynamic company
  • Quick comprehension combined with implementation strength and a strong handson mentality
  • Strong communication skills, moderation competence, and empathy in dealing with different stakeholders
  • Reliability and an independent, proactive, and structured way of working
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Initiative, courage, and humor

Your tasks will include:

  • Independent support and consulting of various CHECK24 business areas in all human resources development topics
  • Direct support of our employees and managers in their personal development through individual coaching and training measures
  • Adaptation and implementation of groupwide human resources development topics at the Frankfurt location
  • Independent conception and implementation of lively and practical trainings & workshops, such as team development,
