- Ensuring a high quality of life and satisfaction for the residents
- Personnel management and development of employees
- Compliance with legal requirements for quality assurance
- Further development of quality management
- Contact person for relatives, residents, and employees
- Maintaining contact with funding agencies, authorities, and offices
- Public relations
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualification as a nursing home manager according to HeimPersV and corresponding recognition
- Professional experience as a facility and/or nursing service manager in facilities for inpatient elderly care (at least 3 years of management/sup
