Building Cleaning Specialist in Part-Time 50% (m/f/d)
The district of Donau-Ries is looking for a Building Cleaning Specialist in part-time 50% (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities will mainly include:

  • Managing and optimizing cleaning processes in our service buildings
  • Inspections, cleaning checks, handling complaints
  • Planning and organizing cleaning services
  • Ordering, training, and supervising selfcleaning
  • Assisting with procurement and tendering processes
  • Reviewing and processing invoices
  • Quality assurance/documentation

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a master (m/f/d) in building cleaning, preferably with many years of experience in building cleaning or a comparable qualification
  • Confident and assertive demeanor
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle high levels of stress
  • Good written and verbal expression
  • Driver's license class B
  • Willingness to work outside of the office
