    ABOUT BRASA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT


    Brasa Capital Management ("Brasa") is a West Coast focused real estate private equity firm pursuing opportunistic debt and equity transactions.

    Brasa manages discretionary investment funds and separate account vehicles on behalf of its diverse base of institutional and private capital partners.

    Brasa is currently seeking an Investor Relations/Marketing Analsyst to join its Investments Group. The Associate reports directly to the Vice President of Investments.

    This position will be responsible for implementing and executing the company's Investor Relations program.


    The ideal candidate is pro-active, has exceptional communication and personal skills, is detail-oriented and quantitative yet experienced enough to see the big picture and understand the fundamentals of real estate.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES


    The Investor Relations & Marketing Analyst will be responsible for relationship management of both current and potential institutional and high net-worth investors for Brasa.

    They will support the entire cycle of securing new investors including prospecting, due diligence, on-boarding, and reporting.

    The Investor Relations & Marketing Analyst will:
    ·

    Manage and meticulously keep records/documentation in Brasa's investor relations databases (Salesforce and Juniper Square) and stay up-to-date on CRM solutions and capabilities
    ·

    Build and maintain relationships with public and private pension funds, endowments, foundations and high-net-worth individuals by providing top-tier client service throughout the investor experience
    ·

    Broaden awareness and interest in the company through a combination of conferences, in-person and virtual meetings, and widescale email outreach
    ·

    Create, review, and distribute engaging and insightful presentation content for current and prospective investors
    ·

    Outline the annual marketing calendar and lead the planning and execution of the annual investor meeting and quarterly internal and external marketing events
    ·

    Ensure compliance with all regulations and protocols applicable to investor relations and corporate communications
    ·

    Prepare press releases for the firm, create quarterly investor newsletters, and coordinate various email marketing campaigns
    ·

    Create and maintain creative elements and content on the Brasa Capital Management website
    ·

    Other tasks and assignments, as directed by the SVP of Investments and executive team


    QUALIFICATIONS
    ·

    Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a top four-year college or university in a relevant field of study (business, finance, real estate, economics, marketing) ideally with 1-3 years of experience
    ·

    Undergraduate GPA of 3.5 Required
    ·

    High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge in the Adobe suite is a plus
    ·

    Demonstrated previous ability to perform qualitative analysis and proficient quantitative reasoning
    ·

    Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management databases (SalesForce) preferred
    ·

    Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Proven strong research, writing, editing and proof-reading skills
    ·

    Must be organized, detail-oriented with outstanding time and project management skills, have the ability to multi-task, and diligent in their follow-up
    ·

    Ability to effectively network and establish new relationships
    ·

    Ability to effectively and efficiently present information and interface with the internal investment team and executive leadership
    ·

    Ability to prioritize and work independently and also work well with cross-functional teams
    ·

    An inquisitive and motivated personality
    ·

    Integrity and hard work ethic with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
