The right individual for this position will have at least 5-8 years of MSP experience, a hacker mentality, be a problem solver able to look at the big picture and will be well versed in the design, implementation, and top escalations for the remediation phase of the projects.

Projects Experience – Design and Architecture of Network infrastructure in Cyber Security
VMware/Veeam Backup Subject Matter Expert
Networking – Routers, switches, Firewalls configuration, and security
Leader mentality
White-Glove service for C-level and VIP clients
Hunger to continue growing and advancing your skillset and technical expertise
Customer Service focused persona
Vast help desk experience able to take on the most complex escalations (Buck Stops here)
