Co-fondée par Xavier Caïtucoli et Antoine Huard, l'entreprise est spécialisée dans le développement, l'ingénierie, le financement, la construction et l'exploitation d'installations de production d'hydrogène décarboné, d'installations de production d'énergies renouvelables pilotables, d'installations de stockage d'électricité pour la fourniture de services aux réseaux électriques, et de solutions de flexibilité de la demande.
En tant qu'Ingénieur de projets Hydrogène (H/F), vous accompagnez le Chef de Projet dans le développement de son portefeuille de projets depuis la phase de prospection jusqu'à la phase de pré-construction.
Votre mission s'articulera autour des axes suivants :
Origination de nouveaux projets :
Contribuer à la prospection de sites (suivi des outils de veille, cartographie, etc.) ;
Réaliser les études de préqualification des projets en tenant compte des dimensions réglementaires, administratives, environnementales, techniques et financières ;
Contribuer à la réponse à des consultations (appels à projets, appels à manifestation d'intérêt, appels d'offres) ;
Analyser des opportunités d'acquisition de projets et contribuer à l'opération d'acquisition le cas échéant ;
Élaborer des offres spontanées à destination de propriétaires fonciers, de collectivités, ou de clients industriels ;
Développement d'un portefeuille de projets :
Réaliser des études de faisabilité, le cas échéant avec l'appui de bureaux d'études externes ;
Constituer les dossiers nécessaires au cours des différentes étapes de la vie du projet (changement de PLU, permis de construire, ICPE, raccordement au réseau, etc.), en réunissant et intégrant les contributions des bureaux d'études externes le cas échéant ;
Contribuer à l'élaboration d'un calendrier prévisionnel d'un projet de production d'énergies renouvelables ou d'un projet ICPE ;
Contribuer à la recherche de subventions et de soutien financier pour les projets : rédaction de dossiers de financements, soutenance auprès des organismes concernés (ADEME, BPI, Collectivités, etc.) ;
Contribuer à l'élaboration et la validation des hypothèses du modèle financier et à sa mise à jour régulière ;
Veille commerciale, institutionnelle et réglementaire ;
Veille des mécanismes de soutien, aides et informations proposées par les collectivités, l'ADEME, l'UE, etc. ;
Promotion de l'image du groupe et développement du réseau d'interlocuteurs (autorités politiques ou administratives, partenaires, prestataires, etc.) ;
Amélioration continue des outils, des bonnes pratiques et des compétences internes ;
Vous évoluerez dans une structure en plein essor, et participerez de manière active à sa croissance et à son développement.
Soutien technique en phase de réponse aux appels à projets et appels d'offres :
Analyse du volet technique du cahier des charges
Constitution du volet technique du dossier de réponse
Interactions avec les parties prenantes techniques
Appui à l'élaboration des hypothèses du modèle financier (notamment le chiffrage Capex et Opex)
Assurer une veille technologique et réglementaire
Contribuer à l'élaboration des hypothèses du Business Plan
Être force de proposition sur l'amélioration continue des outils et des compétences internes
Contribuer au référencement, à la qualification et à l'évaluation des partenaires techniques externes
Contribuer à élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie technique (choix technologiques, choix de partenaires, méthodologie de travail avec les parties prenantes techniques, etc.)

Excellente maitrise des logiciels usuels (AutoCAD, PVSYST, Caneco, ArcGIS, etc.) ;
Langues : français et anglais courants. La maitrise d'une troisième langue est un plus.
Formation et expérience
Diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieur généraliste et/ou d'une formation universitaire avec une spécialisation en énergie/électricité, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables et/ou de l'hydrogène.
