Description
The Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for building brand awareness by developing and executing marketing strategies.

They will craft (or oversee) promotional messaging and publish or distribute them via advertising, and social media while managing and monitoring these strategies.

The Marketing and Social Media Manager will also be responsible for the organization and planning of Public events; International Boat shows and Rendezvous in coordination with the National Sales Managers for each brand.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee Social Media accounts
- _Develop and manage optimal posting schedule_
- _Measure web traffic and monitor SEO_
- _Create engaging content to sustain readers' curiosity_
- _Stay up to date on social media platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness_

  • Manage and maintain websites for both brands with the support of a web developer.
- _Monthly Newsletters for both brands_
- _Event notifications_
- _Surveys_

  • Manage public shows and events
- _Maintain schedule of national events_
- _Organize national boat shows in coordination with National Sales Managers for both brands._
- _Develop support materials for public shows_
- _Organize Owners Rendezvous and special events_

  • Develop digital and print advertising materials for both brands.
- _Print and digital brochures_
- _Production of print media advertising_
- _Negotiation of placement pricing_
- _Production of direct mail pieces_
- _Work with photographers and videographers to create visual images for both brands_
- _Digital walkthroughs and video_
- _Drone footage_

  • Maintain Dealer Dropbox working with sales departments to ensure data is current.
  • Provide budget input for marketing and advertising activities.
