This position works under the support and direction of the Account Management team and Risk Advisors, processing day-to-day service requests associated with individual benefits accounts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Assist Account Management team by delivering quick and accurate responses to service requests in a caring and friendly mannerReceive, process, and manage incoming requests by delegated Account Managers Accept, process, and communicate standard tasks as assigned by Account ManagersPrepare small group comparisons for Account ManagersAttend and actively participate in agency service training meetingsDevelop positive relationships with partner insurance carriersUpdate agency management system and other software as needed for Account ManagersFollow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management RequirementsEducation, Experience, and Certifications: High school degree or equivalent is requiredBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredPrevious work experience in insurance or another service industry is helpful, but not requiredAbility to maintain health and life insurance license
