    This position works under the support and direction of the Account Management team and Risk Advisors, processing day-to-day service requests associated with individual benefits accounts.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Assist Account Management team by delivering quick and accurate responses to service requests in a caring and friendly manner
    • Receive, process, and manage incoming requests by delegated Account Managers
    • Accept, process, and communicate standard tasks as assigned by Account Managers
    • Prepare small group comparisons for Account Managers
    • Attend and actively participate in agency service training meetings
    • Develop positive relationships with partner insurance carriers
    • Update agency management system and other software as needed for Account Managers
    • Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
    SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management
    Requirements

    Education, Experience, and Certifications:
    • High school degree or equivalent is required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
    • Previous work experience in insurance or another service industry is helpful, but not required
    • Ability to maintain health and life insurance license
