We are currently seeking a Passenger Service Supervisor (M/F/D) to join our team at the Knoxville Airport, starting on February 1st, 2023.

This position is available in full-time or part-time and is for our client, Eurowings Discover.


Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and organizing the Passenger Service team
  • Training and onboarding of supervised employees
  • Troubleshooting and providing assistance in case of irregularities or delays
  • Supporting in case of staffing shortages
  • Communicating with customers and representatives of the airlines
  • Preparing for and participating in internal and external audits
  • Training, education, and development of employees

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Teamwork and efficient communication skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Good manners and a confident demeanor
  • Strong customer and qualityoriented mindset, with a caring attitude
  • Flexibility and composure, even in challenging situations
  • Selforganization and ability to handle stress
