  • Take ownership of the overall IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Ensure transparent tracking and reporting of progress for IT projects
  • Support in defining, developing, and specifying portfolio methods and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) necessary for effective process control
  • Coordinate management committees by preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and assisting in the creation of management documents
