Personal Banker

As part of our consumer deposit and relationship management team, you will provide the proactive, friendly and efficient customer service that builds our consumer and small business customers' trust and loyalty.

Personal Bankers provide professional delivery of all primary deposit and withdrawal services to clients, to include all teller function, opening of new checking, savings, certificates of deposit, retirement and ODP accounts.

Cultivate knowledge of products, services and customer interests.
Establish, maintain, and deepen customer relationships to achieve branch performance goals and provide excellent customer service.
Identify and promote products aligned with customers' financial and business needs.
Efficiently open, and accurately complete documentation, to open and maintain accounts.
Protect BNC and our customers by strictly following policies and procedures, maintaining bank security, and the confidentiality of customer information.
Provide backup support to branch with daytoday operational transactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary
$ $21.00 per hour, non-exempt

Salary is a range and depends on level of experience

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week

8 hour shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Education & Experience Required

High School Diploma required
One year experience and proficiency handling cash
One year experience providing a high level of customer service

Additional Education & Experience Desired

Additional business, sales, or communication education or training.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Previous banking experience a positive.
Working knowledge of bank deposit procedures, lending and credit products, and new account opening procedures.
Considerable knowledge and understanding of credit and risk management, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.
