    Job Description

    We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team You will oversee commercial construction projects onsite as the lead construction member for us the General Contractor.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of construction project from scheduling to built per plans, code and specs
    • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
    • Interface with project inspectors, sub contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
    • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to code, plans and specifications

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
    • Familiarity with construction management software
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Onsite construction supervision experience required
