We seek a skilled individual with a General Contractor license and with specialty classification S.11 Sandblast, Painting, and Coating to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

As a General Contractor specializing in sandblasting, Painting, and Coating, you will be pivotal in overseeing and executing various construction and renovation projects.

Your expertise in these areas will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction and renovation projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and designers, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Uphold high quality standards, craftsmanship, and safety throughout all project phases.

Qualifications:

• Valid General Contractor
• S.11 license in the state of LS.
• Proven experience in Sandblast techniques, including surface preparation and abrasion methods.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Solid understanding of construction principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

How to Apply:
