We have been a sought-after partner for structural and energy planning in Baden for over 40 years.

We plan a variety of projects, both small and large:
residential, industrial, and commercial buildings in new construction or existing structures, as well as listed historical buildings


Our specialty:
Efficient specialist planning for sustainable buildings.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer consultation and support for funding products, applications, and implementation of funded measures
  • Processing of inquiries
  • Submitting funding applications and creating and submitting proof of use
  • Onsite data collection (photos, measurements, customer questionnaires)
  • Digitizing planning documents
  • Determining geometric data (areas, lengths, volumes)
  • Preparing, reviewing, and creating technical documents
  • Obtaining, organizing, and preparing documents and data for technical employees
  • Preparing sustainability criteria processing and conducting data research
  • Checking invoices (commercial and technical specifications) and compiling documents/documentation

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in sustainability
- (Construction) technical understanding or at least interest in the subject

  • Mathematical skills (geometry, threedimensionality, commercial calculations)
  • Systematic and structured work approach
  • Proficient in using computers/IT and software programs, including Teams
  • Independence and reliability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, excellent German language skills
