    *ONSITE Work Mode *

    • Duration: 12-month contract
    • Benefits: Dental / Medical / Vision Insurance
    • Compensation: $17 hourly

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Provide logistics support for D2C, Tour, Retail, and other various channels.
    • Coordinate the end-to-end process of inbound and outbound goods, including arranging parcel/freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery to the end destination.
    • Provide support for logistics operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance artist management satisfaction.
    • Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • High Level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in business or Logistics preferred.
    • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferable in the music or entertainment industry.
    • Experience with order management and customer service.
    • Experience managing data from multiple reporting systems.
