Motivated, dependable self-starter needed for HVAC contractor. Duties to include service dispatch, billing, warranty claims and various clerical duties as needed. Experience in HVAC field and with Quickbooks Desktop

Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
Experience in dispatching or scheduling
Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry terminology is a plus
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in computer skills and data entry
Organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework in business or related field preferred

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
