Description

We are looking for machine and plant operators (m/f/d) for various clients in Delbrück as part of temporary employment. Your responsibilities will include operating and setting up machines and equipment in the metal and electrical production areas. If you have previous experience and are open to learning new things, we would love to speak with you.

Your daily tasks may include:

Operating and loading machines and equipment
Independently troubleshooting simple errors
Basic programming tasks
Performing maintenance work
Ensuring smooth production processes
Quality control
Packaging and storing of produced parts

What you should bring:

Previous experience in machine and equipment operation is required, ideally with a completed apprenticeship in a metal trade
Good manual skills and ability to learn
Willingness to work in shifts (2 or 3 shifts)
Possibility of piecework
High quality awareness and reliability
Ideally, you have a valid driver's license and own a car
