We are embarking on a data analytics innovation project aimed at enhancing AI capabilities and are in search of a seasoned Project Manager as one of the leaders for this ambitious project on a contract basis.

This role is designed for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is skilled in turning complex data into strategic assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the planning and execution of a highprofile data analytics project, ensuring alignment with our AI objectives.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively, integrating AI and machine learning technologies to meet project goals.
Work closely with data scientists, AI experts, and business units to deliver project outcomes within the contractual period.
Monitor project performance against expectations, managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Communicate clearly and effectively with all project stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and transparency.
Lead risk management efforts to minimize project risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating advanced data tools and methodologies into the project framework.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of project management experience, with substantial involvement in AI and datadriven projects.

Demonstrated expertise in managing agile AI projects that leverage Databricks, Data IKU, and AWS
:

Proficient in Agile project management; Scrum Master certification is preferred.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills, capable of managing diverse teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and organizational abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering; Master's degree is advantageous.
