About the Position:
Join the Hub International Finance team for one of the top acquiring firms We are seeking individuals who are great with people, have high attention to detail, eager to learn new processes and continually improve Hub's ability to integrate new companies and new technology.
Reporting to the Director of Finance for IT, Operations & M&A Integrations, you will work collaboratively with Finance and IT to support monthly close and forecast performance variance analysis, specifically for IT projects and M&A Ancillary IT expenses.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
The role will:
Track and report on M&A IT and project expenses
Assist with annual planning cycle:
calendar, communication, templates, and reports.
Support Finance IT forecasting tool updates and reporting.
Create financial summaries, scorecards and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with corporate finance and other key IT stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
Degree in Finance or Accounting in progress
Strong spoken verbal and written communicate skills
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Financial Enterprise Software (Oracle, Hyperion, NetSuite)
