Description
Your primary duties require you to answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide clerical support to as requested.Hours vary between 16 to 20 hours per week and typically are between 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on weekdays or between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on weekends.
The base pay is $15.76 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential for the evening hours and $.75 per hour for the weekend hours.
Our wonderful residents make Good Shepherd Manor their home for many years, and enjoy living on our picturesque 60-acre site that includes 13 modern group homes located 45 minutes south of Chicago just north of Momence, Illinois.
REQUIREMENTS:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent or currently enrolled in H.S. Familiarity with automated telephone system, paging, light clerical responsibilities and Microsoft products conducive to the receptionist position preferred.
