Position Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure effective and professional communication with external partners including agents, managers, and talent
  • Coordinate meetings and pitch calls with talent and agency partners
  • Support new deal analysis by evaluating audience data and social performance
  • Gather data for network renewals and support contract negotiation and execution
  • Identify new podcast talent and initiate outreach as needed
  • Help onboard new talent, working crossfunctionally with operations, sales, and development teams
  • Work with operations team to review contracts and ensure timely payouts to podcasters
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks and other duties as needed

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ years of related experience in the entertainment or podcasting industry.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Have a basic understanding of talent partnership agreements
  • Ability to multitask and selfdirect
  • Open to learning new skills and techniques
  • Clear understanding of how to provide superior client service
  • Experience with CRM technology a plus
  • Strong interest and desire to work in the podcast industry
